RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind.
You may cancel your order up to the time of dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do so.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and information and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible, we will organise a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items lost during transit, once it leaves our office, but will do all we can to assist with tracking and contacting Post Offices in order to locate delayed orders.
Promotions are subject to change at any time without any notice to customer(s).
All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate; we have tried to make sure that they are on all item descriptions and are as accurate as possible for your confidence of purchase. If measurements are not listed, please contact us to assist you further.
No two crystals are the same as they are naturally formed. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality.
